Oyster Bay, NY, Thursday, June 24 2010: As of June 29, 2010 ‘Jack Halyards American Bar and Grill’ will be the new face of Fiddleheads Fish House. The restaurant has been entirely renovated and expanded to create a whole new dining experience.

‘Jack Halyards’ continues the tradition of remarkable seafood that Fiddleheads was known for, thanks to the long standing Executive Chef David Glatzerman. With Chef Glatzerman still at the helm, he has added a broad range of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, a light fare menu, and a bar menu.

The renovations and expansion are a great new addition to downtown Oyster Bay. The new catering room is equipped to cater parties up to 50 people as well as, a 50-inch flat screen TV, hi-tech audio and visual equipment have been installed to assist in any party, business function or networking event.

The new “Jack Halyard Bar” is backed by beautiful stained oak shelves and includes cocktail tables for small gatherings. Additionally, live music on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday night’s makes ‘Jack Halyards’ an easy pick for a fun night out in Oyster Bay.
